Netizens Divide Into Two: X1 Should Disband VS Continue

X1 is a band formed by Produce X 101, 4th season of the Produce 101 series, voted by the national producers. Except now, it was announced that Ahn Joonyoung, the Producing Director had rigged the voting system of the last two seasons, giving X1 the title "rigged group"

You could see the usually cheerful X1 members bowing there head in apology and shame as they made their way to Thailand 4 days ago. Not a single one of them has a smile on their face and they wouldn't wave or pose, not even the "King of Fan Services", Kim Wooseok.

Seeing the video, many fans wrote their pity for X1 and supporting messages to cheer them on. Some fans even blamed Ahn Joonyoung instead of blaming X1 saying it's not their fault.

"I'm sad everyone seems so sad.. Our boys done nothing wrong but they are receiving hate while promoting."

"Jonnyoung, was this what you wanted? The boys leaving without a smile on the day of leave because of you"

"It's not our boys' fault, don't lose your confidence and hold your head up high, I love all of you, come back safe"

This much just proves how much the fans support X1, however some One-its are asking for a disbandment, not for the reason you'd expect, but because of the hate X1 is getting and will get if X1 continues.

"Just disband... I know because I voted and got lots of work to do. even though I insulted them, I still voted to make my pick debut. Not relief, but worryㅠ They debuted but the best thing Mnet could do is in this situation is to just disband them and let them debut in thier own companies. I feel bad for the boys, but that's too bad. The suspicions rose but you still let them debut, I'm a National Produce and fan but even I'm frustrated. I really feel bad for the boys."

What do you think? Is disbanding really the answer? Or do you think they should continue? Some fans argued it'd be hard for them either ways and some more wishes for them to not disband.

MY OPINION:

Although they might be right about the members having a difficult time if they don't disband, I think that they shouldn't disband if they wish to. I think a "real fan" would be someone who not thinks for X1, but supports them and their decision, but of course, this is just my opinion.
